A mixed experience

The hotel is very close to the city center, it makes exploring easy.

Our room faced the front of the building. This meant a lot of street noise at night. The hotel needs better communication. My interactions felt unnecessarily stressful. There is no elevator and very steep stairs were quite inconvenient.

The location was very central. I walked easily to several attractions. Breakfast offered good variety and I enjoyed the fresh bread. The staff helped me find my way around (they gave clear directions).

The room lacked a bit of soundproofing from hallway noise.

central location cute staff comfortable bed

i found the location ideal. it was easy to reach shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful. they allowed me to check in early. the bed was super comfy, and i slept so well!

i noticed the soap dispenser in my room didn't work correctly.
